Returns

In the event of a defective product, please contact our staff immediately for a replacement.

Returns on items purchased from retailers, incorrectly bought products, or those damaged by customer error are not accepted.

We also do not accept returns for items that are not damaged or have been delivered incorrectly.

For return requests, email our support team. Approved claims will require items to be sent back to our global warehouse in Asia. Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All returns that are non defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds

Our 30-day, no-hassle refund policy ensures your satisfaction. Return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is in its original working condition and packaging. Refunds are issued upon confirmation of the returned product by our team.

Cancellations

Cancel orders immediately via phone support@omniluxlights.com. A full refund is guaranteed for cancellations within 24 hours. Post 24 hours, items must be returned upon receipt.

Shipping Costs

Customers bear the cost of returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable.

Delivery time for exchanged products varies by location.

For returns over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s).

Sale Items

Refunds are not available for clearance items. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
